Cat Prints

Here are some photos of my first prints from my printmaking class. These are woodblock prints of a cat that I carved. Each was printed twice. The first print was the eye color and left the whiskers and fur white. Then I carved out the eyes and reprinted it with a transparent color so the whiskers would pick up some of that color and the rest of the cat would change colors while keeping the eyes the first color. Here are a few large images of some cats and a mosaic of 18 of my other prints.
